  • Requires ATF Form 4 approval and a $200 NFA tax stamp prior to final transfer.

  • Receiving FFL must hold a valid SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) license.

The FN PS90 SBR package includes a brand new factory FN PS90 rifle, professionally converted to a short barrel rifle by Armory of Kings. It features an installed CMMG 10.4" barrel and your choice of muzzle device: the CMMG 1/2x28 thread adapter, the CMMG P90-style flash hider, or the PS90 KeyMo/KeyMicro compensator. Compliant NFA receiver engraving is performed by Armory of Kings. A factory 50-round magazine and original FN accessories are also included.

Is this a registered SBR?

Yes. This is a registered short barrel rifle (SBR) with compliant ATF engraving. It will be transferred to your selected FFL/SOT dealer on a Form 3. All NFA rules apply.

Is a tax stamp required to own the PS90 SBR?

Yes. To take personal possession of the SBR, an approved ATF Form 4 and a $200 NFA tax stamp are required. Your local FFL/SOT will help you complete this process.

Can I request the original 16" barrel and shroud?

The original 16" barrel and shroud are removed during the SBR conversion and are sold separately. They are not included with the SBR package.
