CHANGES TO THE SITE Changes may be made at any time to the information, names, text, software, images, pictures, logos, trademarks, service marks, products and services and any other material displayed on, offered through or contained on this Site.
CHANGES TO TERMS, CONDITIONS & LICENSING The Company may at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including without limitation the Privacy Statement and the International Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions of Use periodically and your continued use of this Site following such modifications will indicate your acceptance of these modified Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately stop using this Site.
REFUND POLICY All sales of firearms, serialized items, electronics, optics, lights, lasers, ammunition, holsters, magazine pouches, Cerakote services, gunsmithing, installed accessories, and all other custom items and or services are final, no exceptions. For accessories returned and received in their original unopened packaging, in brand new uninstalled condition, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied, and the remaining 75% of the original purchase price may be issued at The Company's sole discretion if returned within 30 calendar days of their purchase at the buyer's expense. You may also request a store credit of the purchase price of a returnable item, in which case The Company may, at its sole discretion, waive the 25% restocking fee. Should a returnable item arrive and The Company determines at its sole discretion that the item is not in brand new, unopened and uninstalled condition, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address at your expense for a shipping and processing fee of $30. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided in the original order, $10 will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a refund for a qualified returnable item, you must contact the Company amd receive written authorization prior to returning the item. Sending items for a refund without prior authorization are subject to storage fees of $1 per day per item.
ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY Orders are processed immediately and automatically after approval and cannot be changed or cancelled at any time. However, if an order requires shipping to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), and The Company does not have a current copy of the chosen FFL's license on file, that order's shipping address may be changed prior to receiving a current copy of the receiving dealer's license. Additonally, if an order requires an FFL, and The Company does not have a current copy of the chosen FFL's license on file, that order may be cancelled for a processing fee of 25% of that order's total charge.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS Orders are processed immediately and automatically after approval and cannot receive shipping address updates, except as stated above. Please triple check your shipping address for accuracy before submitting your order. If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, please contact us immediately so that we may attempt a resolution on an individual, case by case basis.
WARRANTY NOTICE Installation of aftermarket accessories may nullify and void the factory warranty of your firearm.
PURCHASING FIREARMS AND OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS If you are a U.S. resident you must make arrangements with a dealer in your state of residence holding all required licenses, including but not limited to a Federal Firearms License (FFL), to receive firearms and other restricted items as defined by federal, state or local laws and you must be able to pass a background check. For any firearm purchase, you must be able to pass a background check. All Federal, state and local laws apply when purchasing firearms or other restricted items. More information can be found on the ATF.gov. Additionally, certain types of items are illegal in certain places, and certain places may have unique definitions for certain terms. For example, the definition of 'assault weapon' may vary from state to state and cannot be sold or owned in some locations. Additionally, certain items, such as certain types of ammunition, are illegal in some states and cities. The NRA has put together a state-by-state gun laws guide which can be read here. The ATF has compiled information on the various state laws; click here to view this information. It is your responsibility to make sure that you comply with federal, state and local laws.
LOCAL PICKUP Our facility is not upen to the public. Local pickup is not offered as a delivery option.
STORAGE FEES The Company charges storage fees for items in its possession that do not belong to it. The fee for storage is $1 per day per item unless otherwise provided in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, items sent for return without prior written authorization, items sent for gunsmithing when work has been complete for more than 30 calendar days, and orders pending paperwork after 30 days of request.
AGE RESTRICTIONS There are Federal, state and local age restrictions on the sale of firearms and certain items. You are required to know, understand and abide by Federal, state and local laws when purchasing any item with age restrictions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY In stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment receipt. Delivery of a customized service is dependent on the size and scope of that project and will vary greatly from one project to another. Please allow additional time for special requests, the holiday shopping season, and during national and religious holidays. Shipments containing ammunition, threaded barrels, firearms, high value items and limited availability items require a delivery signature. Delivery signature may also be required at the Company's discretion. You may request a delivery signature at no charge by contacting us prior to placing your order. You are responsible for knowing if a delivery signature is justified or should be required. Once an order's tracking information shows the order has been delivered, The Company will not accept liability for any package reported lost or stolen. The Company assumes no liability for any event resulting from You entering incorrect shipping information.
DISCOUNT PROGRAMS When placing an order using one of The Company's discount programs, you may only choose an approved shipping address. Orders placed using a non-approved shipping address will automatically be cancelled.
TRANSFERS A Non-NFA transfer includes 30 calendar days of storage and an NFA transfer includes 180 calendar days of storage ("Included Storage"), calculated using the date of receipt as the first calendar day. A $1.00 per day storage charge will be added for each additional calendar day of storage beyond the Included Storage and must be paid prior to pickup. National Firearm Sales Inc will take ownership of any item once the storage fees exceed the value of the item, or 730 calendar days, whichever is less. We follow the law. No firearm will be transferred until all legal requirements are met.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS & INACCURACIES The Company's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. The Company makes a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately on the Site. Despite these efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Site and in our advertising on other sites. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. The Company reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.
RISK OF LOSS Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
