At National Firearm Sales Inc, we’re committed to delivering only brand new, premium items—never previously opened, used, or handled by other customers. Every product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and to function as intended when used properly.
We understand the frustration of receiving something that feels “used.” That’s why our return policy is strict—so we can uphold our promise to every customer.

Before You Order
Customers are strongly encouraged to call us for guidance, advice, or recommendations before placing an order. Our team is here to help ensure you get the right products for your needs the first time.
Note: Orders are processed automatically and cannot be altered or cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable under any circumstance:
- Firearms
- Serialized items
- Electronics (including optics, lights, and lasers)
- Ammunition
- Holsters and magazine pouches
- Cerakote services
- Gunsmithing services
- Installed accessories
- All other custom items and/or services
Returnable items:
Certain accessories may be returnable if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is in brand new, uninstalled condition
- The retail packaging has never been opened or tampered with
- The return is requested within 30 calendar days of the ship date
- Written return authorization is obtained from the Company in advance
Important: If the retail packaging has been opened for any reason, the item is strictly non-returnable, even if unused.
Restocking Fee & Store Credit Option
- Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- The remaining 75% of the original purchase price may be refunded at our sole discretion.
- Customers may request a store credit instead of a refund. If store credit is selected, we may waive the restocking fee at our discretion.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If free shipping was provided on the original order, $10 will be deducted from any refund.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Items remain the property of the customer and will incur a $1 per item, per day storage fee until a return label is provided.
- Customers are responsible for providing a prepaid return label to have unauthorized return items shipped back. Items left beyond a reasonable timeframe may be considered abandoned.
- If the returned item is not in brand new, unopened, and uninstalled condition, no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to the customer with a $30 shipping and processing fee.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us by email or phone within 30 calendar days of your ship date to request return authorization.
- In your request, please specify whether you prefer a refund (with a 25% restocking fee) or a store credit (which may waive the fee).
- Once authorized, carefully package and return your item at your expense.
- We will inspect the item upon receipt and issue your refund or store credit within 7–10 business days, if approved.

Can I return a firearm or serialized item?
No. Firearms and serialized items are not returnable under any circumstance. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
Can I return an accessory if I opened the packaging?
No. To maintain our commitment to only sell brand new products, we cannot accept returns if the retail packaging has been opened, even if the item appears unused.
How do I request a return?
Contact us by email or phone within 30 days of your ship date. We’ll review your request and provide written return authorization if the item qualifies. You must also indicate whether you prefer a refund (subject to restocking fee) or store credit (potentially no fee).
What happens if I send something back without authorization?
Items returned without prior written authorization will not be processed. They remain your property and will incur a $1 per item, per day storage fee. You must provide a prepaid return label to have them shipped back.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If free shipping was included in your original order, a $10 deduction will be applied to any refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund or store credit to be issued.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
