These X-PRT™ 90 Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the X-PRT™ 90 trigger system and supplement the general Terms & Conditions of National Firearm Sales Inc (the “Company”). By placing an order for the X-PRT™ 90, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the Company’s standard Terms & Conditions.
Production Status
The X-PRT™ 90 is currently in active production. Orders may be placed while the product is in production and awaiting fulfillment.
Product Launch
The X-PRT™ 90 was officially unveiled at SHOT Show 2026. Initial production runs opened following the official unveiling on January 20, 2026.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
All shipping timelines are estimates only. Shipments are currently anticipated to begin in late March 2026. Fulfillment is subject to production readiness, component availability, quality control processes, regulatory considerations, and other operational factors. No ship date is guaranteed.
Shipping Estimates
All estimated shipping timelines presented on the product page, checkout page, and order confirmation are estimates only and may change due to production conditions. Delays within the estimated fulfillment window do not constitute non-delivery or grounds for cancellation outside the policies stated herein.
Queue-Based Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled sequentially based on the production queue and manufacturing output. Order placement time determines position in the fulfillment queue but does not guarantee a specific shipment date.
High Demand
Due to significant demand, production capacity may temporarily exceed fulfillment capacity. Orders will continue to be fulfilled in the order received as production batches are completed.
Order Commitment
By placing an order for the X-PRT™ 90, the purchaser acknowledges that the product may be in active production at the time of purchase and that fulfillment may occur after the order date. The purchaser expressly agrees to the estimated fulfillment window presented at checkout and confirms that the transaction represents a committed purchase subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Product Changes
Specifications, materials, finishes, packaging, and non-functional design details may change prior to shipment. Such changes do not constitute a material misrepresentation and do not entitle the purchaser to cancellation or refund outside the terms stated herein.
Regulatory and Legal Considerations
Fulfillment of orders may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to legal, regulatory, or compliance developments. In such cases, the Company’s sole obligation shall be the remedies outlined in the cancellation and refund policy below.
Payment
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of order placement, provided the order has not entered production.
After seven (7) calendar days from order placement, the order is committed to production and may not be canceled or refunded, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Production lock may occur automatically after the seven (7) day period and may occur without further notice.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal or regulatory changes, the Company’s sole obligation shall be to issue a refund or store credit at its discretion.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Company may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to provide order records, shipment records, communications, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as evidence in response to any payment dispute or chargeback.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, National Firearm Sales Inc’s liability for any claim related to an order shall be limited to the amount paid for the product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These X-PRT™ 90 Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
