ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
The Company ships using major national carriers. Carrier selection is determined at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise specified.
Certain products may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. Signature requirements may also be applied at the Company’s discretion based on product type, order value, destination, or risk indicators.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND STATE LAW COMPLIANCE
Certain products sold by the Company are restricted or prohibited in specific states, counties, or municipalities. These restrictions may apply to, but are not limited to:
- Firearms
- Serialized components
- Magazines
- Ammunition
- Firearm parts and accessories
The Company actively reviews orders for compliance with applicable laws and reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped to the destination address.
If an order is placed for a product that cannot legally be shipped to your jurisdiction, the order may be canceled at the Company’s discretion. Any refund will be issued in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws before placing an order. The Company does not guarantee that any product displayed on the Site is legal in your jurisdiction.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once processed. Packages cannot be redirected once shipped and must be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Carrier tracking confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.
The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, theft after delivery, or misdeliveries when signature confirmation was not requested by the customer.
SHIPPING PROTECTION / INSURANCE
Shipping protection, package insurance, or third-party coverage selected at checkout is non-refundable once purchased. Coverage terms are governed solely by the protection provider and/or carrier.
Where applicable, claims may be administered by the carrier or protection provider and are subject to their investigation and final determination.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All claims for missing items or damage must be reported within 24 hours of marked delivery. Reports must include order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and contents. All original packaging must be retained for claim purposes.
If a shipment is reported lost in transit or marked delivered but claimed missing, the Company may submit a claim to the carrier and/or shipping protection provider where applicable. The outcome of the carrier’s or provider’s investigation shall be considered final.
The Company is not responsible for delays during carrier or provider claims investigations.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or carrier determination as undeliverable are subject to a $30 processing fee. Additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.
If an order contains non-refundable items, those items remain non-refundable. Storage fees of $1 per item per day may apply if the package remains unclaimed for more than 30 days.
WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS
The Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, regulatory holds, supply chain interruptions, labor shortages, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond its control.
GOVERNING TERMS
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
