Overview
The Cypher MTM™ (Mil-Spec Trigger Module) is a next-generation SCAR® lower engineered to replace proprietary FN components with standard AR-pattern parts. By opening the platform to AR triggers, fire-control groups, and grips, the MTM delivers true modularity and tuning flexibility. CNC-machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, it’s built for hard use, weighs approximately 9 oz, and ships directly to you as a non-serialized lower component (verify state & local regulations).
Part of the Cypher System
The MTM isn’t a standalone part—it’s a core component of the Cypher system. It’s designed to work together with the Cypher Upper Receiver (CypherX 7.62×51) and the Cypher Buffered Bolt Carrier for a unified interface. As a system, geometry and tolerances are coordinated to maximize compatibility with aftermarket AR components—especially broader trigger compatibility—while giving you a cohesive foundation to configure your SCAR® the way you want.

Trigger & Grip Compatibility
Built to accept most AR-15 triggers and AR-pattern pistol grips for broad aftermarket flexibility.
